Ratatouille has been one of the main building blocks of Hungarian cuisine for a long time, and it is time to snazz it up a little!
The new, healthy, environmentally conscious, animal-friendly 21st century sausage ratatouille is made with plant-based sausages. Here’s the recipe!

Preparation proposal

  1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly, dice them and then cut the sausages up too.
  2. Heat up some olive oil on a pan and fry the onions. Add the diced tomatoes, peppers and sliced sausages.
  3. Cover the mixture with a lid. It is important to cook it over low heat and stir it occasionally.
  4. Once the vegetables are softened and become juicy, season them with salt and pepper.
  5. After about 50 minutes of cooking, remove the pan from the heat and serve this colourful 21st century plant-based ratatouille on a plate.
